A: Try a pedometer! Devices like the Fitbit are great tools to keep track of our steps throughout the day. They can even be a fun competition with yourself or friends. Try to get to 10,000 steps everyday!
Q: I can’t cut anything out of my day?
A: If there is no room to shed unwanted activities, try and schedule time to do something YOU really enjoy. Whether that’s cooking, painting, or maybe volunteering, make some time for you at least once a week.
